Sextant has been very active since her launch in 2000. Denis and Lynne have contested three Sydney Gold Coasts but the boat is yet to reach Hobart having retired from the 2004 race with rig damage.
Sextant is competing in this season’s Blue Water Pointscore Series before perhaps returning to extended cruising. Sextant's owners were awarded the CYCA Cruising trophy this year for their 2006 Pacific Cruise.
