After a challenging first 36 hours of racing, Peter Harburg's Reichel/Pugh 100 Black Jack - skippered by Mark Bradford - emerged as the one to beat and shook off the challenge of her rivals down the Tasmanian coast.

In a time of 2 days, 12 hours, 37 minutes and 17 seconds, Black Jack delivered Harburg his first win as owner in this prestigious race, and Bradford his first as skipper.
