Previously named White Ice, now the yacht sails under the name Conergy, the leading supplier of renewable energies. The powerful 45-footer has been extensively cruised, including races from Brisbane to Gladstone and Brisbane to Noumea. Together with Queensland skipper Neil Gray, Conergy formed a talented German team to face the challenge across Bass Strait. The Rolex Sydney Hobart owns such a high reputation in Europe that team Captain Oliver Risse announces: “They live for it”.
