Eressea

Eressea is a Sunshine Sailing Australia sail training vessel that has competed in both the Brisbane to Gladstone race and Audi Hamilton Island Race Week for the past five years, finishing fifth in the Cruising division at Hamilton this year while enjoying the majestic scenery. In last year's Rolex Sydney Hobart, the boat's first time in the race, she finished third last over the line, docking at 4.30pm on New Year's Eve, 76 seconds ahead of Nemesis (Jeffery Taylor's C and C 41). The two were happy to arrive in time to join in the celebrations. Eressea also sails to Lord Howe Island every November as a sailing adventure and for those who wish to gain ocean going qualifications.
