This is the former Gold Coast Australia, winner of 12 from 15 legs in the 2011-12 Clipper Round the World race under Tasmanian skipper Richard Hewson. Prior to that, it competed in the previous three Clipper races respectively as Team Finland (was second), Jamaica (10th) and Jersey (ninth). Drew Hulton-Smith, a watch captain on Clipper Ventures 10 in the 2014 Hobart, skippered Clipper Ventures 5 to 40th overall in the 2015 Hobart. Previously, Piers Dudin skippered her to 56th in the 2013 race. This and other 68s are utilised for Clipper race crew training and development for participation in local sailing events.
