Crush

This is a first Rolex Sydney Hobart for Crush, which David Davenport is bringing all the way from Fremantle in Western Australia. Crush, which takes her name from Davenport’s ‘Crushing Solutions’ business, did her first endurance event, the Fremantle to Albany Race in April and finished second overall, which she also did the same month in the Cape Vlamingh Race, so she is off to a respectable start. Come the Hobart, this one year-old Jeanneau Sun Fast 3600 will have in-house competition with Mark Hipgrave’s Mister Lucky and Rod Smallman’s Maverick.
