Imagination

Imagination last headed to Hobart in 2016 and finished 38^th overall. With Robin Hawthorn’s son Hamish taking the boat to Hobart in 2015, the Beneteau First 47.7 placed 10^th overall and second in Division 3. Prior to 2015, Robin Hawthorn skippered Imagination in two Rolex Sydney Hobarts, placing ninth overall in 2009 and 14^th overall in 2014, when joined by sons, Hamish and Campbell, for their first Hobart after the trio won the Bird Island race earlier that December. The three are aboard together again on this well-raced boat which is doing events ahead of the race, including the Noakes Sydney Gold Coast race in which she finished 35th.
