A veteran of over 30 Hobarts, Richard Grimes purchased the Sydney 38 in early 2021 as a family boat and was joined by his twins, Tom and Jess, who co-skippered the boat to Hobart in 2022.  The yacht performed well finishing 2nd in the Sydney 38 Division.  This year Grimes will head south in the two-handed division for the first time with co-skipper Jack Young.
