Little is known of this 33ft cutter from Queensland except that she is to be skippered by Mr. C H Hill-Willis, who was the owner skipper of Bintang-Terang the Malayan yacht which competed last year. Restless will be more suited to ocean racing and will give Mr. Hill-Willis a better chance of capturing this event.
