Lolita ex Akuna, designed by Robert Clark was the CYC's foremost ocean racer in 1946 – 47 though she did not contest a Hobart race at this stage. In later years she race to Hobart four times and had the misfortune to be dismasted in Bass Strait last year. Now equipped with new gear, an aluminium mast and a new owner, it is hoped to display some of her former brilliance.
