Anitra V is no stranger to this race having won it in 1957 in the hands of original owners and designers T and M Halvorsen, of Freya fame.  Making her third trip in the hands of Sir Garfield Barwick, Anitra can be expected to be driven hard and with enthusiasm.  Unfortunately, her handicap under the R.O.R.C Rule is not favourable but Sir Garfield and his crew have a good strong, seaworthy yacht which will at least be in the middle of the large fleet.
