Quicksilver is a previous representative for New Zealand in the Southern Cross Cup series of 1973 at which time she was owned by the late Brin Wilson, who had great success in Australian waters. Her current form is not known to us, but the Kiwis have always shown a competitive spirit and they get good results even from their older design boats.
