A welcome return to ocean racing this season, Arthur Byrne's magnificent Salacia II was one of the top yachts in Australia and for that matter, the world during the early 70s. Tempted back into racing by handicap age allowance Salacia II has the potential to do as well as Margaret Rintoul II, to which she bears a close resemblance
