Profile
Mirrabooka is the only Swan 44 in Australia. Built by Nautor in Finland from an S&S design, she first came to Australia in 1973, then named Superstar of Hamble, as a team member of the British Southern Cross Cup team. She was sold after that series to a Melbourne owner and then came to Sydney as Pandora II. John Bennetto purchased her and renamed her Mirrabooka. She retired last year with rigging failure; her best current form is a course breaking record for the 1980 Maria Island Race.
