Chance was built by Duncanson yachts in 1976, a Blackburne designed production three quarter tonner. Now sailing with the Lake Macquarie Yacht Club, she has among her past credits a second-place IOR in the Lord Howe Race (3rd overall). The competition will be stiff on her first trip to Hobart since 1979, her first under her present owner.
