Pirra is a Ron Holland three quarter tonner from Melbourne. She has competed in three previous Hobart, her best result being a win in Division D in last year's event. Her best performance in home waters was 1st in the Melbourne Apollo Bay Race this year. Victorian boats have not been blessed with a win in the history of the race, and if (big if) the conditions allow, and it is a small boat race, this yacht might surprise.
