Mandrake was a retirement in last year's race but has a new owner and is now based in Melbourne. Designed by Kel Stenman and a masthead sloop with great potential, she has been consistently well placed in all her races in Victoria. Should be an early finisher, her rating seems good for her size, and she has a most experienced crew.
