Gumblosson, a Peter Joubert half-tonner, completed in 1973, '74 and '77 when she was a much more up-to-date design but even then only achieved moderate success. With modern designs to compete against, Gumblossom cannot be considered as a good chance in class or overall, but Joubert yachts have an excellent reputation in this race and sometimes surprise.
