This half-tonner was built by her owner and has raced only with the IOR fleet out of Hobart, except to the 1988 Tall Ships Race from Hobart to Sydney. Owner/skipper Bill Cooper has sailed in ten Sydney Hobart's but this will be his first for Recooperator.
