Tasmanian Hughie Lewis bought B52 from Queensland yachtsman Wayne Millar after she was written off following a 360° roll during the worst of the conditions experienced by the fleet in the 1998 Hobart race. He trucked the yacht to Hobart where he has spent nine months lovingly restoring it to original condition in time to race in the RYCT and Bellerive Yacht Club Winter Series where he achieved good results. Hoping to do well in division.
