Red Rock Communications is one of two of the smallest boats entered this year at just 9m. Chris Bowling has been awarded the Plum Crazy Trophy for the past two years, not for braving the 630 mile race in a 9m boat, but for being the first boat under 9.5m to finish. Bowling’s 12 Hobarts have all been completed in boats under 9.5 metres.
