Extasea is a Rolex Sydney Hobart newcomer but has an extensive offshore experience in Victorian waters and was part of the 1999 Australian Admiral’s Cup Team as Sledgehammer.  The owner’s previous boats have all enjoyed success, including several place results in the Melbourne – Hobart Race, and the Geelong crew has high expectations for this race, for many the first since they last competed 10 years ago.
