The last time Leila’s owner Pat Quinn and crewman Rob Haine visited Hobart by boat was following a dismasting in the 1992 British Steel Round the World Race which saw them limp 2,000 nautical miles under jury rig.  This time they plan to enjoy their trip to the Apple Isle and arrive intact for the 60th anniversary celebrations.
