Wedgetail made its Rolex Sydney Hobart debut last year and finished an impressive 6th overall on corrected time followed up by a 4th in division in this year’s Sydney Mooloolaba. Skipper Bill Wild has put together an excellent crew for the boat’s second race to Hobart, with Kevin Costin as sailing master and Peter Elkington as navigator. The highly experienced crew also includes Vanessa Dudley, former world champion and round-the-world sailor and editor of Australian Sailing magazine, and Gail Harland.
