The 1998 Sydney Hobart Race winning combination of Ed Psaltis and Bob Thomas finally scored a long awaited and well deserved Blue Water Pointscore win at the end of last season.  The pair has optimised the boat for IRC and achieved multiple divisional wins including 1st in division in the July Audi Sydney Gold Coast Race and 1st in division in the Sydney Mooloolaba.  Also placed 1st in last year’s Short Ocean Pointscore Series.  The experienced duo and their regular crew, with close to 100 Hobarts between them, are expected to place well on IRC handicap.
