Formerly Assa Abloy and the line honours winner of the 2001 Sydney Hobart, this Volvo 60 finished second in the 2002/3 Volvo Ocean Race and 5th in this year’s Transpac Race. Skipper Ross Daniel will lead the charge south for this UK entry, one of six this year, and they can expect plenty of competition from the local VO60s, DHL – The Daily Telegraph and George Gregan Foundation.
