Abracadabra first went to Hobart in 1996 and will be making its fourth trip this year, and the third under the current owner James Murchison. Over the past few years Murchison and his crew have been racing to Hamilton Island and Hobart every alternate year. Hoping to build on their second place in division at last year’s Audi Hamilton Race Week, Murchsion has assembled a crew of regulars together with some crew members who will be sailing in their first Hobart.
